The Moroccan law relating to the protection of personal data, commonly known as the "Data Protection Act", came into force in 2009. This law aims to protect the rights and freedoms of natural persons in the processing of their personal data by companies, administrations or any other entity. It defines the rules applicable to the collection, use, storage and communication of personal data, as well as the rights of the persons concerned. Since its adoption, the law has been reinforced by several regulatory texts to respond to technological developments and the needs for the protection of personal data. In 2017, a bill was drafted to strengthen the provisions of the original law and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. This new law was adopted in 2020 and entered into force in 2021, thus strengthening the obligations and rights of data subjects with regard to the protection of their personal data. In 2023, the Data Protection Act therefore continues to play a key role in the protection of personal data in Morocco, by guaranteeing their lawful and transparent use, as well as the protection of the privacy of individuals.

I. Data collection :

INTERNATIONAL UNPAID CLAIMS MOROCCO is an unpaid debt collection firm in Morocco whose head office is located in Casablanca, all you need to do is fill out the partnership request form or the transmission form for your unpaid files by entering your Surname / First name, your telephone and your email address. Our collection center manager is responsible for compiling your file by certifying the accuracy of the data collected and entering it into our management software in order to respond to your request.

III. Who has access to this data :

The data collected is used for internal use only. Only members of our firm can consult them. The data collected is not sold, transferred or exchanged for any reason whatsoever.

IV. Data retention period :

First of all, the retention of the data collected has no time limit unless you decide to erase all or part of the data that has been collected about you.

V. Data security :

The data collected is transmitted to a database on our servers and saved on other remote servers and secured by an encrypted password that meets the security standards of sophisticated computer systems.
